CLC Programs CLC offers total quality care for every child. This includes early childhood education and care, as well as the health, nutrition and family services necessary to enhance a child‘s cognitive, physical and emotional development. Early childhood education & care CLC provides early childhood education and care programs for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. CLC provides care up to 10 hours each day, 51 weeks per year. Educational and childcare programs The Child Development Program Full-day infant, toddler and preschool care for children whose parents are working, in job training or in school, and whose income is at or below 75% of the state median income. A private program is also available. The Child Development Private Program Head Start For 3- and 4-year-olds whose family’s income is at or below the federal poverty level. Addresses children‘s needs in all areas of development – physical, social, emotional and cognitive.
